Hollow pani puri shells made mainly with semolina (sooji / rava),typically chosen when a lighter, crisper shell is preferred.

Taste:

Mildly savory, clean and toasty, with a sharper crunch and a more neutralgrain flavor than atta pani puri.

General ingredients:

Semolina (sooji / rava), water, salt, oil; some commercialformulations also use a little maida or atta to help dough handling and puffing.
